Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to make that possible soon.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used will depend on your location and the size or weight of your order.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Some oversized or heavier items may not be eligible for P.O. Box delivery and may require a street address.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Brown Toy Box is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly or email us at fun@browntoybox.com and we’ll be happy to help you track it down.
